We operate computer systems that are developed by our technical group and also partner with external organizations for our Human Resources Management System, Attendance,Leave,Salary, job listing/resume database and on-campus recruiting services. Information collected by our in-house systems is used to provide and tailor services to our customers. Information is also used to construct aggregate reports that assist us in program planning. Any information shared with third parties is only shared in aggregate form. Data collected by the HRMS for Customer Employees are stored in a secure SQL server at Customer Server. These systems does not use any "cookies" but storing information such as IP address. Collection and access to Employees information is governed by customer as per their Company policy
